Russia to take foreign loans in 2010 - Kudrin (Itar-Tass)

SOCHI, February 27 (Itar-Tass) -- Russia’s Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin confirmed on Saturday that in 2010 Russia would take external loans. “We are preparing for this now,” he said following a meeting on the Russian Railways Company's investment programme.
